Cancellation Policy

By booking or paying for private training with Hughley Hoopsters (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the purchaser and, if the athlete is under 18, the athlete’s parent or legal guardian (“Customer”) agrees: 1. PAYMENT: Full payment is required to reserve a session. Customer confirms they are the cardholder or are authorized to use the payment method and authorizes the displayed charge. 2. CANCELLATIONS: Requests must be submitted through the booking platform or by replying to the booking confirmation. Requests received at least 24 hours before the session may receive one rescheduled session or account credit valid for 60 days. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable and receive no credit. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled session. 3. OUR CANCELLATIONS: If we cancel, Customer may choose a rescheduled session, account credit, or refund for the affected session. 4. REFUNDS: Except as stated above or required by law, all payments are non-refundable. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, subject to processor and bank timing. 5. PAYMENT DISPUTES: Before initiating a chargeback, Customer should contact us and allow up to seven business days to investigate, unless unauthorized card use is suspected. A knowingly false or misleading chargeback involving an authorized payment, completed session, late cancellation, or no-show is a breach of this Policy. Customer authorizes us to provide booking records, acceptance data, communications, attendance records, and transaction information to the processor, banks, or card network. 6. REVERSED PAYMENTS: If a payment is reversed and an amount remains lawfully owed, we may suspend future bookings and pursue the balance, documented processor chargeback fees, and lawful collection costs. 7. ACCEPTANCE: By submitting the form and paying, Customer confirms they reviewed and agree to this Policy and consents to electronic acceptance as their signature. The policy version shown at purchase governs that transaction. 8. LAW: Florida law governs. Where legally permitted, proceedings will be brought in Palm Beach County, Florida. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective. Nothing in this Policy waives non-waivable consumer or card-dispute rights.
